i've got about 20 lbs of prime rib fat that the butcher at Fred Meyer's kept for me when trimming prime ribs at Christmas. thought i was going to use it but now i'm not. been in the freezer since then. some of the fat has a little bit of meat on it. if you want it you can have it. i'm currently in the Graham area and work in Buckley.
