Just build your own.

Rod building is super easy.

I've done about a dozen so far.

It really is kind of fun and easy.  Once you pick the right blank for your application, just figure out the spacing/location for guides and seat.  Then go through the millions of options/combos of thread, wraps, materials, colors... :)

i build my own rods, but i don't think highly enough of my own work to ever say i'd build them for money.  mine are all utilitarian and pretty plain looking, but it's a fun hobby to get into.

for the kind of kokanee rod you're wanting, look into lightweight fly blanks.  should be perfect for what you're looking to do.
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun

That's the only way to make 'em...less tears when they break!

After having built dozens of rods over the years, I gotta say I'm kinda shocked by what they want for blanks and cork handles these days though :twocents:

The season is creeping up on us! We picked up a few early fish yesterday and it looks like we should have some decent size fish in Stevens when it really gets going!

Anyone on here build fishing rods  :dunno:

Or and can anyone recomend a rod builder in the Tacoma area?

Im playing with the idea of having a rod built if I cant find the one I really want.

If you haven't found the rods you want I saw these over on Ifish.
