I do not hunt coyotes yet but have a grandson that wants to start this year. He's not in pelts, just wants to be out hunting and to get better at it. So after reading the posts here I am curious what do you do with the coyotes you shoot from late February to end of October?Do you just leave them in the field to rot; take them to a state disposal site or what? What does the state & feds say to do on managed land and what do most private land owners say or do they even care?
Is there anyone that you could sell the dogs to after hunting them?

They do not rot! The other coyotes will eat them quickly, some times over night they are reduced to bones and fur!
