Deflated meatballs, served on a bun, with choice of cheese and condiments.

Blaster....can I get a recipe for those? I seem to have no luck making sweet potatoe fries or chips. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but they just never get crispy.

All about the double fry....

Gotta slice thin, put in 375 oil and cook for like 30-50 seconds, remove and let rest for 5 minutes or so then fry again and you'll have crisp chips everytime.  (same with fries as you'll get soft centers and good crunch outside).

I'll coyote hunting most likely. I don't like sports and hate to waste a good day for being outside doing something fun........

I'll be having ham and swiss cheese sammich on sourdough bread when I get back.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

we dont fry ours. Just bake them. My fiance got a tater slicer that slices super thin amd then we season em up and spray with olive oil and bake. Still pretty new at it but theyre getting there. Im not even sure what temp...  :chuckle: just bake a while and then broil.
