Smoking 2 slabs of St. Louis style ribs. Some 12-14 count prawns with cocktail sauce. Chips and salsa. For the ribs I use Blue Hog BBQ Sauce on the side.

Ribka venison meatballs minus the venison, just used beef and hot pork sausage.

Yum yum they are good. :tup: :drool:
