Cool clip.

Is that the same Tom White that was charged with poaching?

I believe so.

A lot would though too.
Especially the Feds.

Yeah.  When it happened it was certainly a big deal.  There were not many wolves around then.

We're you there when that happened,  or had you spent much time in that area during that time or are you just referring to the amount of wolves that WDFW said were in area's of Washington? Honest question.......

I was not in the Methow when it happened.  I was in NE Washington.  I am referring to the number of wolves that everyone was talking about.

Didn't the Whites get into some other trouble during that time?  Illegal hound hunting, some other poaching?

I'm not sure what you would call not many wolves WC, in 2007 there was a wolf pack up in Coal Cr and two of them were wearing collars, 2004 there was a pack in Rock Cr, and at least one wore a collar. WDFW were forced to confirm the pack hanging around Carlton because they were at a school bus stop and reported to the WSP.

Everyone now knows WDFW won't confirm unless forced to do so, they will ignore all other wolves, and promote or lie about the one pack they were forced to confirm in an area.

Since I was "in like flint" with a certain person(LE),, Had that person been called by the state, that person would have said "I am a hostile witness".

Draw your own conclusions about the situation.

The FEDS were looking for a "scapegoat" and they thought they found one :chuckle: NOT!

Love it when the powers that be, rush to judgement and make mistake after mistake!!

It WILL still cost the victim dearly!!

Just hope and pray YOU don't get in their crosshairs!!

PS,  concerning life in the Methow :o

It didn't look good in the reenactment when the cougar was up a tree and they showed the family dogs barking at it from the cougars view point. Also, they showed the kids running up the road on a 4 wheeler without a helmet on. This is an NRA show, all about safety. :dunno: I say this because a good friend's son was killed on a 4 wheeler at the age of 13. He would have lived if he had a helmet on.
