McWhorter time with Bergers
« on: February 28, 2015, 03:08:24 PM »
Finally after months of waiting I rec'd some Berger 6mm 87 grain VLD Hunting bullets, Ordered plenty thinking I would hedge my bet a bit... in the last two days I've rec'd 24 boxes of 100! Time to get to reloading....finally!  :) :) Loading for a McWhorter .243 w/Nightforce, has shot exceptionally well in the past, but been limited due to lack of bullets.....

That should be a killer combo!  I killed 60 dogs the last winter that I was home with a Hart Barreled Remington VSSF in 243 (12 twist) and 75 grain V-max.

An accurate 243 with the 75s or 87s is magical!

Post a pic of your rifle if you've got one.  Those McWhorters are sexy!
