Martin Take-down recurves
« on: December 23, 2014, 12:01:01 PM »
So none of the archery shops here in Texas have the 2015 Martin's yet and I was wondering if anyone back in Washington has shot the new Jaguar Elite, Saber Elite, or Panther. Love Martin for some reason and am really excited about the changes to the jag and saber. Just haven't had a chance to even handle one yet.
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

Amen

The new martin take downs are awesome! They have redesigned the riser entirely. The new riser is a machined magnesium so it weighs little to nothing. They have also changed the limb pockets and the shelf. The shelf has been changed so that you can accually shoot off of it in addition to the arrow peg. This allows the shooter options in their style of shooting. The limb pockets have been changed so they can take any type of ILF pro limb. Its been a big hit for a lot of people because it offers so much versatility between a deer hunting bow, bow fishing bow, or a competition bow.
