This sunset pic is from my last trip down the Skykomish. Went 2 for 3 that day and got a guy his first steelhead. Just to clarify, submitting the sunset, just showing off the fish.
I hunt, therefore I am.... I fish, therefore I lie.

The first is a picture of a camp my girlfriend and I had on the NW side of Mt. Rainier above the Carbon Glacier.

The second is Mt. St. Helens after hiking down the west side of Coldwater Lake.  We had just came down from the Mt. Margaret backcountry.  Saw the biggest Elk I think I could ever see west of the Rockies up there, and lots of them.  Wish I had a bigger telephoto camera for close ups of all the Elk we saw.  Someday...

I like the Stepping stones saudog.  They to keep the socks dry?

Yeah I thought it would be cool.  There were thousands of those big flat rocks everywhere up there.  It's like a martian land scape.  All the glacier activity that has gone on up there makes for awsome scenery.  Here's a random pick of a big rock face that was pretty cool and a bowl that had been carved out by ice at one time.

1st entry. Morning picture of a Swakane ram from last October. Much bigger guy with him, but he didn't cooperate.   Larger pic here:   http://www.rivercolor.com/images/octobersheep3_small.jpg
