Saudog, mind sharing the camp spot? Looks like a neat spot to camp.


We took off from Mowich lake, past spray falls and up to spray park.  We went past spray park (huge medows) and at the peak of that trail before it takes of back down the mountain to the carbon river trails, we headed up.  We scrambled across the rocks and snow to gain another 1000 feet in elevation and found that nice flat snowfeild to set the tent on.  Technically you are supposed to registar as a backcountry camp if you do not stay in one of the designated camp sites along the trial.  We had stated that we were staying down lower but once I got up high I couldn't see diving back down into the timber to camp with no view, so we kind of broke the rules of the park to camp up there.  Like I said though, supposedly you can registar as a backcountry camp and stay anywhere you want, so long as you aren't tromping over wild flowers and such to get to your camp.  Up high, it's not an issue as it's mostly rocks and snow with patches of medows and flowers.  Fun trip for sure.
