Ordered a new piece
« on: February 05, 2015, 10:52:27 AM »
I've been in the country 6 days and I just ordered up my next carry. I shot one of these last summer when I went home on leave and I was helping my mom find a pistol.

This is the local store so I don't need to pay the ffl fee  :IBCOOL:

Probably going to try the desantis holsters in the pocket or cargo.

Awesome pistol. Just get a holster that is strapless, so it does not inter fear with or depress the safety while carrying.

Thinking about putting a colt ambi safety on it.

if you're looking for a new set of grips for that baby, I bought a set of X-Caliber grips (http://x-calibergrips.com/index.html) for my .45 and they're awesome!  I saw on their site they had some grips for the P238.

Extended colt, I imagine the ambi would be a similar install.

I have three .380 pistols, of the three this one is by far the sweetest shooter.  Mine has rosewood grips but otherwise identical.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

I have a feeling my wife will steal it when she gets a chance to shoot it.

My wife has one and we both shoot it. Never had any issue with the safety and it has not malfunctioned in any way. Put the factory laser on it for her as it came with the pistol and made her a holster as it is hard to find one that works when the laser is installed. You will like having the Sig around.

Have the same pistol and it works perfect with a pocket holster......never had any issues with about 300 rounds through it so far.
