Hey, Oregon does have some nice muleys! Nice bucks Fireguy, that looks like some serious fun! Did you manage to get a buck like your uncles? Did you see many deer? I have been holding out for a few years so we can draw a decent tag in Oregon, our last hunt was in the Silvies unit, We went 4 for 7 but the were all forked horns! No nice bucks like them! Congrats!

No. i was not able to find a buck like my two uncles. you would figure being 22 and able to hunt hard all day would be the advantage. I think not! My two uncles said they were AARP bucks. Only people with AARP cards could harvest these bucks. We saw a moderate number of deer. The deer numbers seemed to be on the decline. However, we saw and herd lots of bulls. Kinda unusual for this area but times change i guess. We went 3 for 5 but had to come home early. The camp next to us went 5 for 6 with one 20" 4 point and a bunch of forked horns.
If you can see it....... you can shoot it.
