Don't have a pic but my first shed was found in Sept some years ago. After setting up elk camp in went for a drive and spotted a elk shed only 30 yards from the road and 60 yards from a another elk camp.
Don't know how many times the drove by it and never saw it  :chuckle: :chuckle:

And this was up devil creek in the Nile unit.

There are some really nice finds on here. 

I have found a few over the years in the road but only a couple.  I have found more in the ditch beside the road.  I think when the animals jump the ditch and land it is sometime just enough of a jolt to pop them loose.  Just a theory.   

Growing up the neighbor use to feed cattle round bales and sometime grain when finishing out.  The Deer use to come in and eat out of the bins and we use to find several sheds around the feeding area.  Sometimes a pair off the same deer.
