I'm sure we will know exactlymwhat he scores next year.  But....Can the raffle and Gov tag hunt a unit that doesn't have any tags available?

No they cant so the only danger should be cats and loose lips that the natives pay attention to. >:(

For sheep, goat and moose the gov and raffle tag holders can only hunt a unit that has 2 or more tags.
