Still under construction will soon doing tests now for temp. Ranges to see if we should insulate and line inside!!!

Custom...Home made....Cold Smoker!!!!  It is not the deluxe model, but it is very effective.  Matter of fact, I did 20 lbs of cheese in it yesterday.   :tup: 

I need to build a nice one.   :chuckle:
