helped a dog take a nap today
« on: February 10, 2015, 08:03:21 PM »
Well shot a coyote today, had one pop up 20 minutes into me calling, laid it out with a 7mm, but it got the last laugh and ran into thick grassy carp before I could drop it for good. Tons of blood so it's safe to say it's dead. Gonna see if I can find it tomorrow. Hope I find it, had a really thick pretty pelt that would be nice on the couch  :chuckle:

Went out today looking for it and found fresh coyote remains scattered all through the grassy area where it had went last night, looked around a little longer and called it. Here is a pic of the bloodtrail. Pretty good.
