helped a dog take a nap today

Well shot a coyote today, had one pop up 20 minutes into me calling, laid it out with a 7mm, but it got the last laugh and ran into thick grassy carp before I could drop it for good. Tons of blood so it's safe to say it's dead. Gonna see if I can find it tomorrow. Hope I find it, had a really thick pretty pelt that would be nice on the couch

Way to get out there, sure beats sitting on the couch.

Went out today looking for it and found fresh coyote remains scattered all through the grassy area where it had went last night, looked around a little longer and called it. Here is a pic of the bloodtrail. Pretty good.
