I have reloaded millions of rounds with nothing even close to that. Loading 45acp was the only thing that seemed to bite me, a couple times a year I would scoop a nice sized crescent moon out of my left thumb.

I've seen that pic before. I believe it was a progressive press accident if I'm remembering corectly. I will admit I've pinched my self with the ram once. ONCE!
He's lucky he wasn't loading 45 cal or something like that

Dang. How many grains of flesh is in a load like that?
Seriously, I did get pinched good a couple weeks ago. I think I was seating bullets... but I know I will have more respect for the ram from now on!

I have pinched my finger a few times. Most of the time it's when trying to load flat base rifle bullets

How the heck does that even happen?! I am trying to imagine how a shell casing could go through my finger at that angle while working my press, and the only thing I can come up with would have to be intentional.
I am mainly curious because I want to make sure I never, ever do that to myself.

I wanted to find out how that happened so I did a google search, and found the same image on ar15.com. I wasn't able to find details on how it happened though.
