The one thing with Coyote and Opossum is you never see them fenced in standing in their own feces.

The other gray meat.

 :lol4:

Folks! Let us pray...Dear lord, Cory has lost it... :chuckle: :chuckle: Actually now Im afraid I will have to try this meat now, however it will be in the fall when the yotes are gorging on apples, and I have partook of the demon rum for many hrs...

I might try it again in these circumstances, mine that was shot eating a beaver was the nastiest thing I have ever tried.

The world does not want me to eat this beast! It escaped from the live trap somehow. My buddy was holding it and feeding it cereal for a few days and it got out last night. Traps are out and trying to catch another.

Here is a pic from the coyote.

When I was trapping , roast raccoon, stewed muskrat with dumplings, beaver liver and onions, beaver jerky and beaver stew were daily fair along with grouse, rabbits, venison, turtle, crayfish, northern pike, river suckers and carp. Never had anyone get up and leave the table.

Living in Taiwan for a while and eating on the streets everyday, I never had a meal I didn't like and know they included dog, cat, snake , herons, carp, squid, octopus and many items do to communication break downs I never did find out what they were.

I have a firm belief that it isn't what's in the dish but how it is prepared is the measure of the meal.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

This is inspiring. I'll have to give coyote backstrap a try.

I'll probably serve it to my buddies first though, just to see how they do.

Funny NS Im the exact opposite!

I would never eat a furbearer liver...too many diseased critters

I think your buddy might have had a brief moment of clarity!

I was thinking the same thing. But that is what he told me.

I'll have to tell my Filipino friend at work about this. He said they eat dogs back home. They like to hunt and maybe they will put a hurtin on those dogs on the east side.
