FYI. Advertised BC's are not accurate

210gr lrab
G1 BALLISTIC COEFFICIENT 0.730
G7 BALLISTIC COEFFICIENT 0.366

According to Bryan litz's new book "ballistic performance of rifle bullets"
G1 .647
G7 .332

So if that is true it sucks, how do we know what claims we can trust?  :dunno:

And Litz's collects a check from Berger bullets.  Rocket scientist or not, I've spoke with the man, he rides for the brand(Check).  ;)

Round two was a success!  5 shot group @100yds!  The flyer was my last shot and 100% my fault! Too many rounds down range and I was getting flinchy.  These were seated to 2.935" which is .015" off the lands!  When I get home I will put the calipers on the target.  I have to single feed these though.  They averaged 2,788fps.  I need to milk about 40fps more out of them so I can shoot them with my 180's.  We shall see how it works.

Interesting note, my first test group was .025" off the lands with the same powder charge and a bit over an inch.

NO WAY! Those Reminton's can't shoot! ;)

I'm gonna play a little bit more with some loads and then I will stretch the legs a little bit with the winning combo.

Nooooo! Say it isn't so! There is no way a stock Remington 700 can shoot without 2K in custom gunsmith work. Well, at least I've heard a few clowns spew :puke: of such.

It's even a newer one!  I don't believe it.  True story would come out if he showed us the rest of the target :chuckle: :chuckle:

That's a good deal. I have had thoughts of lrabs loaded for non magnums  where they would deliver massive wound channels in the 100 -300 yard range. I'm only interested in hitting the pocket with acurate bullets .  Those 175 might be assume in a 7mm/08.
