You're probably right.

Maybe jail time is not worth it to him. Really don't know. I know WSP is involved as well as USFS and WDFW.

It is most likely still there because he is making sure his insurance is in place before the parking brake mysteriously goes out.

Or his wife beat him so bad he is in the hospital still, assuming he is married!  I wouldn't come home if I did that lol!

Looked at Wenatchee World web site for an article on this and didn't find one? Did find that The PUD is hosting a class on closed areas to help the deer heards in the winter. Maybe Mark will be there to learn about where one should travel and not travel?

He should try to sell it to someone who has their own helicopter and the capability of flying it out. Or, they can get it out however they want. Put an ad on Craigslist- "Jeep priced well below blue book value. Buyer responsible for removing from side of mountain."
