And wait some more. I figure sometime around the 21st.

Time to dust off the chairs, clean the glasses and re-stock the bar at the losers lounge.  Will be open for business again soon!!

I almost expect to get drawn this year, my dad and I have 6 points.  I've never gone past 5 points in the past for spring bear.  I'm friggin stoked, love spring bear for a few reasons.  Most being able to scratch that hunting itch after 4 or 5 months of not hunting, getting my legs in shape and finding antlers.  Did I mention I love spring bear!!!  These draws take waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long, they give people way too much time to put in.  Anyway, good luck guys, just don't take our wenaha tag from my dad and I.
“In common with”..... not so much!!

I believe the permit application deadline was the 28th, so March 1st is the official start of the wait.
When they changed the start date from April 15, that gives us little time to prepare once we are notified and receive the permit in the mail.

I've been waiting since January.  That comment was pointed toward the mention of "Back Door" to begin ;)  I agree though, today the WDFW officially starts to drag us along on another roller coaster ride of "Did we or didn't we draw already?".  Don't know why I am always so excited to get the "You're a loser!" notice :tung:

I just asked my wife about the back door.... Draw not run yet.  I guess she could've said not selected.

As RadSav well knows...just because she (WDFW) has said "No" 17 times in a row, doesn't really give you a good chance of her (WDFW) saying "Yes" the next time around   ;)
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

She tells me every year that the back door is for emergency evacuation only!
