I think they increased the permits this year, but it will become more permanent in the 2016-2018 period.

I was under the impression that the tag increases will not go into effect until 2016. Is that correct???

Yes, I probably should not have said "this year." The increase will be next year.

When I check the back door it shows the results came out on the 17th. I hope they come out today, It's my birthday and I want to see selected. Oh please...........

 :bash: Yup, I put the candles out on the cake with tears.  :'( Then I belly up to the bar in the losers lounge and drink away my sorrows. The next day I wake up with a head ache and feel like an even bigger looser.  :bdid: Woe is me on draw day on my Bday!  :chuckle:
