MK Sport Fishing - ever heard of this guide/service?
« on: February 22, 2015, 01:57:30 PM »
I bought a Living Social coupon a few years back for a day of drift fishing for my mom and dad and myself to go steelhead fishing.  Problem was, this particular guide only takes 2 people out at a time, so that plan didn't work out.

Instead, I'm using the credit to take my girlfriend out steelhead fishing for her first time for her birthday.

Just curious if anyone knows of this guide/service?

We're going in mid-march, sounds like it'll be on the Wynoochee

His name is Mike Kancianich

Thanks

My brother-in-law bought a Groupon and took myself and my dad, it was in a sled on the Cowlitz.  We only caught two fish, but Mike definitely worked hard for us, and burned a lot of gas trying to find the fish.  He's a little more laid back than guides I've had in the past, but it was a good time.

I see him on the Cowlitz in his sled all the time. Havent heard anything bad about him. Seems to stay busy. That should say something.

Went on a Cowlitz trip with him a few years back. He's an acquired taste is what I'll say, heh...
