Got it handled thanks
you can get them at cash and carry, frozen tho
Quote from: Blacklab on March 12, 2015, 05:22:51 PMyou can get them at cash and carry, frozen tho I checked C&C they are kinda pricey especially for a frozen pig $4.40 lb.I do buy a lot of my primal cuts from them for large party occasions though.Called all the butcher shops in my area and was able to get a decent deal on a freshpig ready to go $3.39 lb for a 80-150 #'er.Thanks for the input, good looking out
Hmmm.....$2.99# is their whole locker pig price cut and wrapped for a 200#'er.BBQ and Luau pigs normally go at a lighter weight for heavier $$$$. $2.99# would be a smoke'n deal for a bbq pig from any good retail butcher but more likely to find a Dodo Bird pushing a cart full of egg's Thank you for the tip though, I will shoot them a call tomorrow just to make sure. They just may have a Dodo on that list of exotic game. It's also 90+ miles to yelm from my cave. Not being a true arse, just full of BS and Bullroar this evening
I think a bunch of folks raise hogs on here. I have a hereford gilt in that range but I am raising her to breed.
