That was the most guys I've ever seen in that area hunting bears ever, I've been there 4 times. We had a contest on who got the most ticks on them, 2 of us ended up with 12 for the weekend, my other buddy only had 11 but his was dug in his back. He won! You guys that never get ticks, you just very lucky, they have always been bad every time I've been there. They really don't bug me that much, you get used to them but I just don't want any diseases.
