Remmington model 700, 300 Winchester Magnum with a Leupold nothing fancy scope in it. It was a gift even though a 270 would have been enough. I had the stock modified to fit me, trigger work done, and I know the balistics well.  It serves it's purpose and I fill my tags with it.

Browning A bolt in 270 Winchester that I bought new in 1997 and have used every year since. The scope is a Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10x40 from 1993. Amazing how the "old" stuff still works so well.

I've had a number of favorites over the years and have killed big game with almost 20 different cartridges.  I've kind of quit big game hunting, coyote hunting is such a rush.  I have sold off almost all of my big game rifles but I do have a deer hunt planned in the next couple of years with my niece.  I've had this for awhile and haven't blooded it yet but am sure it was heavily blooded by past owner/s.

1960's JP Sauer Drilling, 16ga x 16ga x 7x57 Rimmed, Weaver K-1.5 & Nickel 6x48 scopes fitted to the claw mounts.

After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Lever action Marlin 336 .30-30, its old school but I'm not much for long range shooting anyway and it seems to just drop animals

My go to gun is a stainless Ruger M77 Mark ll with a Leupold 3x9 scope. Still have my model 94 30-30 but haven't used it in years as first I switched to muzzle loader hunting, then started having trouble seeing open sights clearly. I switched to fiber optic sights on my Muzzle loader and I'm going to try it on the 30-30 for rainy brush hunting days.

I am a big 30-06 fan. For years I have used a 1944 sporterized 1903A3. A while ago I picked up a 1904 1903 sporterized rifle with an old Boyds stock on it. It is the sweetest shooting 03 I have ever shot, and it puts em where you point em.

My go rifle to changes from time to time, but for now my Mossberg 100 ATR in .308 Win is what I've been grabbing for.  Impressive accuracy, trigger is spot on, looks nice and more importantly gets the game.  Plus paid $329.00 new for just the gun with less than $450.00 total invested in it I am not afraid to "Use" it.
