I also jump back and forth between hunting rifles. The one I use the most is my Remington 700 300 ultra mag. Topped with a swaro 4-12x50 scope. Love this rifle!!!

Model 70 stainless 30-06. Got her when I was 15. Brown bear, black bear, deer, elk, goats, and a moose.  Pretty good all around with the right load.

Hey ya'all I have a NEW go to big game rifle. It's a Remington 700 SPS with Nikon Buckmasters 4.5-14 x 40mm scope, and i use Hornady Superformance .150 grn bullets. This rifle is more accurate than my US m1917 Winchester and 4.5 lbs lighter! ;)

Just got this put together a couple months ago.
700, 300 RUM, Zeiss Conquest, DEDNUTZ Mount, Shrewd 7 Degree Brake, Hogue Overmolded Stock, Tactical Bolt Knob.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Nice set up camp!  My 6.5 x284 has earned it's spot as go to...but we will see where the cooper  280 ackley  falls into place...
