With 23 grs of 2400 it's about 1600 fps. Pretty accurate out to 75/100 yds. Rainbow trajectory you know.

That's very cool. Got any more close up pics of that 401 wsl round made from 7.62x39 brass? Do you have to turn down the rim at all?

I don't have any at the moment, but I will take a couple and post.
Just for info, what I have done is make an expander plug with four gradually increasing lugs on it to expand the
neck our to the right size. I do have to turn the case to increase the size of the extractor ring. The extractor claw
on the rifle is more massive the on an AK or others. There is no case trimming, just load and fire form

  yeh, impaired vision and an old broken body.  don't ever shoot much but keep moving and have a lot of fun.    the next beer is on me.  mike w
