newbie with sight questions
«
on:

I recently decided to take up bow hunting. The sight with my new bow is a trophy ridge 4 pin with a light. Reading up on regs tells me I need to replace the sight because it's got the light. Want to make sure i'M reading thing right.

Just take the battery out of the light when you go hunting (and leave it at home). I doubt any warden would have an issue with that.

Yeah I thought about removing the battery but wasn't sure how that would be perceived by the wardens.

They will see the site and ask you but as long as its not with you i dont think youll get harassed. I never see them bow hunting anyway, just rifle and duck hunting...
