archery bear back from taxi
« on: March 26, 2015, 02:04:53 PM »
I was with my son when he killed this bear with his bow..  It was a pretty exciting adventure with him that day, so I decided to get it mounted for him.  He's very happy with it..  It's gonna hang in my house for awhile though..  ;)

Great looking bear!  The mount  turned out great.  Where did you get it mounted at?

Thanks for the comments..

This mount was done by Fidalgo Taxidermy in Anacortes.  I have a black bear rug that Garth did for me over twenty years ago and it still looks great.  He does nice work.

Nice Mount! Garth did a Mule Deer for me quite a few years back, still looks great. What was your wait time on the mount being finished?
