Train to Hunt 2015
« on: April 03, 2015, 11:11:06 AM »
I wanted to let everyone know about a new archery competition gaining some popularity around the west.

www.TraintoHunt.com

It’s currently in 6 states and now will be local to Western Washington! June 6th & 7th at Cedar River Bowmen!

I have personally competed in several of these and they are a blast!

Here is a quick glimpse of the event.

That's real cool! We have been training similar to this for years. Good way to get lots of folks together with common interests.

I have a new one I'm working on "road hunters challenge"  30 3-d targets hidden on a 10mile stretch.  You have a driver and a shooter see target get out and shoot score target high score at end wins.

Dont forget to drink a beer between each target.

Also need to stop at each little turnout and roll the window down and let out a few bugles with the engine still running.

Too bad this is directed at archery hunters, I am pretty sure I could do really well at these.

You will never shoot a camp bull by spending all your time hunting in the woods.

This looks really cool! And from the looks of the photo, it didn't look like there were very many "super masters".  I'd like to do this.
Please keep us posted. I'll be following along
