Get a Hood River WA State Public Lands Quadrangle map.  The DNR put it out.  Mine is more than 10 years old and I'm not sure where I got it.  There are a lot of good areas where lots of people hunt.  My daughter and I got hooked on turkey hunting there.

But, watch out, have some kind of TICK repellant, there are a LOT of them.
