WDFW calls it a social issue.......take that to mean their non hunting and anti hunting constituency ( whom by the way is larger than the hunting constituency ) doesnt like it and wants it gone........plan on it.

It would have greatly affected archery success to where we would have had to change the archery seasons drastically.

The reason I'm confused with the statement was because archery seasons allow for several weeks in September and also allow a late season during the rut and post rut. Best dates possible the way I see it to harvest a buck, reguardless if you use bait or not.
