In the market for a bow
« on: August 20, 2015, 12:44:42 PM »
I am in the market for a bow, and I've done a good amount of research.  This sounds like a really solid bow, and the price and included accessories seems hard to beat:

Does anyone have any perspective, opinon, or comment about this setup?

I really just want to hunt deer and elk with it.

My buddy has that bow as his backup. I thought it was pretty nice-fast and accurate. That being said I am relatively new to bowhunting and I shoot a similarly priced Diamond. I can add that huntersfriend was legit. I have bought a bow and a bunch of arrows from them and been happy.

Just about any bow on todays market is a good bow... the question becomes, whats a good bow for you... do your research fine... but before you lay the cash down, go out to the various shops in your area and shoot a bunch of different bows set up for your draw length, and a poundage you can handle... the right bow will speak to you...

That is a lot of bow performance and shootability for the price    Hard to go wrong with that!
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."
