I thought you had to declare before you could submit a permit application.
Why do you all keep saying the multi-season tag has to be purchased by the end of August? The deadline is July 31st this year. Unsold tags go up for sale after that, first come first serve.
What do the 2015 reg's say?

I thought there would be a redraw for people who were not successful. it would be for the multitags not purchased. mike w

But now it's sounding like that won't be an option until next year.
So the new regs are wrong? It says they can sell them if people don't purchase them after drawing them.
