The catfish rendezvous was a lot of fun, and a chance to meet some good people.

I've done well fishing from shore in April on the main  snake river. Mid may into June should be good for the shallows in the Palouse. They might've started early this year since its been warmer earlier this year.

Any recent reports?  Are the Carp splashing yet?  Water temps?  Catfish biting?

If not any recent reports, I'm heading over there this Thursday thru Sunday to target catfish.  Will let you know what I find.

Take care,

ET

Heard a really good report from last weekend. Hopefully I didn't just jinx it though.

Carp are rolling all over, water temps were upper 50's. We caught 11 in a little over two hours then the weather changed and the wind blew and only caught 4 in the next four hours of fishing..
