Last years archery hunt (The Promise Bull) I decided a couple years ago to document my hunts so when I am old that I can look back and remember. there are the little details of a hunt that are forgotten that I want to remember. I hope you all enjoy this, It is my first attempt at writing

A lot of outdoor writers being published today that do not write as well. Nicely done
You must not have gotten the Hunt-Washington memo; Elk don't bugle or respond during archery elk seasons prior to the 16th. You were just wasting your time. Guess it's a good thing the Lord doesn't get H-W memos either

What a great story the Lord wrote on your heart. That's a great bull but I'm more impressed with your brides faith! You have been blessed deeply by the living Father.

Great write up and congrats on a stud bull. Thanks for sharing....the off-season timing was perfect to help get us through to next September.
