65 and older
« on: May 07, 2015, 03:38:20 PM »
I thought that in certain units like 162 and merango that if you were 65 and older you could shoot a doe.
If I am reading it right they now have to put in for a draw tag. Can anyone help me with this?
I have an uncle That would like to get a deer this year as a relitvly new hunter.

There are both, you have to read the pamplet in the general seasons, page 19 and it lists areas that are 65 & older, general seasons, then move over to page 34 and read the special permit section which lists seasons for other areas that are 65 & over but by permit only.
