Cute kid.
You'll love fishing with her. I take my little girl out as often as I can and she loves it. Great times.

Those pink poles have some sort of fishing magic!  When my daughter fished with one, it was routine that the Barbie pole caught  an above average number of large fish. I've thought about throwing it in the boat and using it my self now that my daughter has moved into a nice spinning rod. Enjoy taking the child fishing!!

Awesome!  I remember those days with my girls and the countless times that I had to untangle lines out of my apple trees.  Good times, way to go!

That's my grand daughter.  They just moved here from CA.  she is 5 and the grandson is 1.  Now I can get them out in the woods.  Also my son in law.  Get them decalifornianized.
here is the grandson enjoying the Cabelas ad.

My daughter, 6 and a red head also, has the same pole and caught a nice 2lb rainbow on it last year.  Little pink princess pole was bouncing like crazy.  So far this year we have only caught a couple small ones.  She is gaining patients though and we are having a lot of fun fishing.  I got one of the blue camo kids poles with no eyelets for my boy.  Seems cool the line goes threw the shaft of the pole for less tangles.  Time will tell if it works well or not.

Way to go Russ.  Replace that Cali stink with the sweet smell of the PNW, salty sea and ceder scent.
