Thank guys, talked sense into my thick head. They are both great that is for sure. I think for know I'm going to get the 40d and spend the extra money on a little bit better lens. Thanks for all the opinions.

Yeah I have a Sigma 400mm 1.5 I just recieved in the mail yesterday!  Should I just leave it in the box and return to sender?
