What made you go Paleo? Just curious

She actually rolled them up into balls a little smaller than horse turds and stuck them in the fridge for a few minutes.They are a paleo replacement for brownies. I watched her do it. She blended up cocoa powder (the natural junk that wasn't made with anything or whatever), walnuts (at least I think thats what she said) and dates (pitted). She also added like a tablespoon or two of water to that size of a mix.Honestly, they tasted a lot like brownies.When they were in horse turd balls, I didn't think they looked as hilarious, but the "preturd" time looked so much like bear poo I had to snap a pic.

I have been doing the atkins diet which is similar i eat mostly meat eggs and some vegetables, no fruit, sugar or flour and have lost 80 pounds since January 3rd
The modern world eats processed starches way, way too often. Yes we should eat more meat and vegetables. I happen to be blessed with a high metabolism and when I eat just steak and salad or broccoli and roast I can't stay full. I have to eat some fatty quesadilla or something so I don't starve to death.

It cuts both ways, Levi. I had periods I didn't run very much and hit the weights 3 times a week and ate a ton of protein. Still couldn't develop the beach bod. I think the physical trainers call it red muscle fiber as opposed to white muscle fiber. Some body types are just predisposed to one type or the other, IIRC.
When are you putting a ring on that girls finger?
