NRA Emergency Assistance Plus

Sorry if this is the wrong place.  Has anyone used this "insurance", or know someone else who has?  It sounds  good, but is it really helpful if you have an emergency in the field?  Does it pay for everything?  Is it for only one incident a year?

I carry a lot of emergency gear with me when I go hunting that I hope never gets used, so far it hasn't, but I keep taking it.  Maybe this is the same...?

If it has NRAs name on it, I won't be entering my credit card number. They are a big business first and an RKBA advancement entity second.  :twocents:

Here are a few other good alternatives IMHO:

Those are probably very good if you have to shoot in self defense, but NRA-EA+ is a yearly trip insurance.  It's supposed to help you if you get sick or injured on a trip, hunting or otherwise.  They transport you to medical care, check on the care you are getting,  transport you and your vehicle home, etc.        They help your companions, too.  At least that's what they say.  All for around $100 a year.  I want to know if anyone has used them.
