Childrens Program WSTA Rendezvous
« on: May 19, 2015, 09:29:12 PM »
I am looking for a volunteer to run the Childrens program at the WSTA Summer Rendezvous. This would be on August 8 in Cashmere.
We have a few activities already but would gladly accept ideas for more.
What we really need is someone to be in charge of the events.
Easy job if you like kids.
Anyone interested?

My youngest daughter (16 years old today) is coming with me this year. She has tried for the past several years to make it but has had conflicting sports schedules. This year she is coming and has agreed to take charge of the children. The only problem is that she wants to go through the Trapper Education course so she will not be available until George is done with class.

My oldest daughter has been at the Rendezvous a few times before and is hoping to attend again this year. If so she has volunteered to help Karen in the kitchen again or help with the kids. She is unable to make the commitment, right now, but I should know by mid July.

That is great. Maybe they could split the kids responsibility a little if it conflicts with trapper training. I don't have a schedule for it anyway so we can be pretty flexible.

By the way Sharon Dobson in charge of the kitchen.
