A new pointer!
« on: May 23, 2015, 03:45:12 PM »
I just picked up my new English Setter, her name is Patsy. I can wait to get her started! Hopefully her and my Britt, Waylon, become good buddies!

Jim, yes he has! He has turned into an outstanding bird dog, thanks Forks!! Let's hope so! Sharpies are hands down my favorite bird to hunt! She is out of midway kennels out of Minnesota! She has a lot of smith blood in her so let's hope it shows!

Thank you! She is doing great! No accidents so far but I let her out every 20 minute so. I've forgotten how often pups need to go! She is a gem and very smart! I will do her first bird into next month, but until then it's puppy time and yard training!

My setter pointed up his first birds at 6 months. You are in for years of some great hunting. Enjoy the pup.
