do i need hunter orange while cougar hunting now that the modern firearm seasons are over for deer and elk?

I believe that since there are no modern firearm deer or elk seasons in progress that hunter orange is NOT required.

good thing. im gonna hit it in the morning. i got a 3 mile hike planned out. hopefully i run into a cat during that time...if i cut tracks it could be alot longer hike. but there are 3 local cats in this area and the loggers i know have seen a couple or all 3 of them a fw different times in the last couple weeks.

well i went out this morning and made it halfway up the mountain to find a couple downed trees and had to turn around for home.  :bash: good thing it was just a hour drive from home.
