So I hooked up with some local photographers to run up to the Skagit to look for Eagles. (Shawn, I didn't think you were interested in birds.

)
I also stopped at a birding area west of Conway to see what was there.
This was only my 2nd time out trying my hand at shooting birds.
Here's a couple of the 400+ I shot.

Full frame of Eagle.

100% Crop of previous frame. Guess they got a little dirty from the floods.

The mountains to the east.

Here's a couple Eagle shots.

Hanging out on a Island looking for fish.

Heron from Conway.

Birds move alot faster then Elk, and against the sky, you really need to be aware of the correct exposer.
I still have alot to learn when it comes to shooting birds.
Thanks for looking.
