Stolen Bow: Moses Lake 5-21
« on: May 26, 2015, 03:57:45 PM »
Hi all....
Thieves... Gotta hate em! Been looking for about 30 hours now. Verified and tracked where I had it and when. Looks like somebody jacked my new bow (about 50 arrows through it) and bow case in the Comfort Inn parking lot in Moses Lake last Thursday about 4:30PM on my way back from Lewiston from getting my toy hauler. I'd parked there and remember putting it in the bed as it kept falling on my dogs bed in the back seat earlier in Lewiston. Parked at the Comfort inn in Moses Lake and walked across the street to grab an early dinner. Was in there maybe 20 minutes and walked out and headed home. Just went to get it out yesterday after the weekend and it's gone. Nowhere to be found. Talked with hotel management and they don't have cameras.... There goes about $1400 worth of gear!!!!! It's a new Martin Lithium LTD in Chameleon camoAnd it has some of the finish already scratches off where the rest mounts, with Code Red drop away rest, 5 Pin Spot Hogg slider sight, B-stinger stabilizer, Treelimb quiver, Black Eagle arrows, Arizona EZ Fletching jig, TRU Ball FANG release (brand new), also old Caliper release on a "BOA" wrist strap.... All in a nice 6 month old black hard plastic Plano bow case with a Hoyt archery sticker (thanks Joe).... To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!!! I JUST got that thing paper tuned!!!!

If anybody hits up the pawn shops let me know. Will give a $100 cash reward. Call or text 509-421-two nine 66

Sorry man, Moses is full of crooks. Hope you contact the MLPD and the GCSO, they do get things back once in a while. Fingers crossed you get your stuff back.

Hope you get it back, that sucks.  What about insurance? Does it go off homeowners if they took it out of your truck when you were at home?

MLPD officer said my auto insurance might cover it. Will explore that option!

Do you have renter's insurance? Talk to the folks a Comfort Inns, they might have security cameras that cover their lot or maybe another business in the area does. Doesn't hurt to ask.

If you have comprehensive (and you probably do if you are making payments), it should cover theft.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
