How to qualify as a hunter with disabilities

Anyone have any good advice how to qualify? It seems so easy to get a good tag and there are not disadvantages of having this qualification. You can hunt with a crossbow, from a car, get nooksack permits easy sign me up.

I think if you ask members that have disabilities and look forward to applying for these tags they may have a different opinion about not being a disadvantage.

im totally wheellchair bound myself and i think they make it way to easy to qualify if your thinking  about  trophy opportunity most hunts are antlerless

I see Adhd dosnt but that might have to be a route I look into. The way I see it is I'm not young and I'm not old so how can I apply for more opportunities to hunt. you should qualify and be able to hunt from vehicle if you are WC bound. This should be discussed with the POC provided above...

And this is why we have so many people sitting at home collecting government checks. Why go to work when you can make more at home playing video games? Sad that someone with back pain would try to steal tags away from real disabled people

Hell if I can join um give them more and more opportunities. There is a big difference between qualifying as a disabled Hunter and kids fishing derbys. I think kids fishing derby s are great and they should be several every weekend. Personally I could care less about catching slime they do make good catfish bait tho

If you are truly disabled, then go for it. If you are not and are just being lazy, then man up and apply like the rest of us who are able-bodied. Don't take advantage of the system. Save the disabled tags for those who are actually disabled and need them to hunt. You're taking tags away from the disabled folks.

You want to know WHY? Because over half of the people collecting those checks are people like you trying to work the system for some reason or another. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem

There is no way I, would sign off on this for someone as described.  I am pretty strict about disabled parking permits.  I just cant believe someone would actually say this out loud.  Back to the special permit results
