My father also has the B cow tag. Do you need any permits to get onto the timber land?  It's been a long time since I have been over in that area.  Thanks'  and congrats to everyone that drew

Congratulations, I believe that's two moose tags in four years. You should buy a lotto ticket. Good hunting

the paper permits are $10 a day or $40 a year.   dont know if that is per person or per carload.   i will hunt deer and scout for moose at the same time.   mike w

Curious...thoughts on time frame on when to do this hunt...?

I can make almost any time work, except for 10/9-10/12 & 11/18-11/30 (mulie hunting).

Here's our thoughts. Going for the opener to do some video, try calling in Bulls and possibly helping other who may want it. I'm in no hurry to notch this tag. I will for sure use my bow and video the hunt, this is a must for me.

I'd love to hear comments and ideas...Thanks! Sean
